Appears like people in this industry suck. Only after your $$ and offer mediocre products that aren't tested or regulated. I don't think they even know what the stuff is made out of. Slap a label on it, package it, and sell it to as many people as they can. Don't answer the phones when customers call. Welcome to the counterculture industry and fuck you. Thoughts?
